I have always been underweight, so when my doctor told me that I was almost above normal weight, I panicked. I have tried starving myself and every single sport I could fine, but nothing worked!!!!! HELP
being underweight is unhealthy.. normal weight is called normal because you are at the peak of your health.. going a little bit above is not bad at all.. your body changes.. it's natural.. don't punish your body.. enjoy your body and love it.. keep playing sports but don't starve yourself by any means.. the proper way to eat is to eat a little bit every 3 hrs.. don't eat to get full.. eat to gain nutrition.. they can be small healthy snacks like granola bars and fruits and/or veggies.. but you need to eat to keep your immune system and metabolism at their normal functioning state.. otherwise you will become ill.. I was always underweight when i was younger then as i got older i started to gain weight.. i'm a little over my suggested weight but i'm perfectly healthy and people tell me i look better coz i look fuller, as in bigger or muscular.. I agree.. I still exercise and eat normally.. good luck.
